A Collaborative and
Multi Generational campus.
Inspired by collaborative start-ups, The Valley at Norwest is envisioned as a place that actively empowers organisations to pursue innovation. With a range of commercial opportunities on offer, this precinct is set to become a dynamic campus where businesses are encouraged to harness diversity, collaborate, cross-pollinate and grow.
A focus on science and technology is already well established in The Valley. Innovators such as IVF Australia, Aveo and ResMed reside alongside the Norwest Private Hospital. This precinct is geared to build upon its foundations to become a breeding ground of new ideas and ways of thinking.
The masterplan for The Valley envisages a flexible open-plan city with shared parks and plazas that enable people to work how and where they please. Technology and connectedness will come embedded into physical infrastructure to give businesses agility and efficiency from the very beginning.
Work how you want.
As nine-to-five life gives way to outdoor working, home-working, co-working and job sharing, we envision The Valley will evolve to become a leading edge business hub that encourages a new age approach to how we work. What we know is that the fourth industrial revolution is about to be upon us and that to survive, the new age work culture and infrastructure has to be about flexibility and adaptability. We believe the campus style approach on a precinct wide basis can deliver this flexibility within in its built form, outdoor amenities and food & beverage, all of which will ensure the continued enhancement of business-to-business collaborations and deliver a desirable environment for workers.
We want The Valley to be different. From hot-desking to modular office spaces and public wifi, this precinct should flex and adapt with the way people choose to work.
