Built from the success on the development of Australia’s largest and most successful business parks, being the 377 hectare international Norwest Business Park, Mulpha is now at the forefront of mixed use, master plan communities.

Mr Lee Seng Huang
Non-Independent Executive Chairman

Mr Lee was appointed to the Mulpha Board as Executive Chairman on 15 December 2003.

Mr Lee was educated at the University of Sydney in Australia and has wide experience in the financial services and real estate investment industry in the Asian region.

Mr Lee joined the Aveo in February 2006 and was appointed as Chairman in February 2009. Mr Lee is currently the Group Executive Chairman of Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited (appointed in January 2007). Listed in Hong Kong, Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited is the leading non-bank financial institution in Hong Kong. Mr Lee is also Executive Chairman of Mulpha International Bhd (appointed in December 2003), a company listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Mr Greg Shaw
Chief Executive Officer

Greg Shaw is Managing Director of Mulpha Norwest Australia. Mr Shaw is also Chief Executive Officer of Mulpha Australia and has had over 25 years experience as CEO of listed leisure and hospitality businesses in Australia. Former CEO for Ardent Leisure, one of Australia’s most successful leisure and hospitality owners.

Mr Tim Spencer
Executive General Manager

Tim leads the Mulpha Development platform that has been delivering projects for over 25 years on the world stage. With its skill base in world leading, master planned communities such as Norwest Business Park, Sanctuary Cove Resort and Leisure Farm Resort, Mulpha Development’s expertise in commercial, residential, retail, recreational and infrastructure developments is exemplary. Tim’s 20 years of property experience was founded in tier 1 construction and development delivery, extending into visionary urban planning and sales and marketing. Tim has worked for both private and public enterprises delivering the full spectre of property from residential, commercial, industrial, retail, infrastructure and retirement.

Mr Andrew Hall
Executive General Manager Capital Transactions & Partnerships

Andrew has 20 years experience in the property industry across Funds & Investment Management, Development & Asset Management in Office, Retail and Residential sectors. Now known as Aveo, Andrew was the Fund Manager of FKP Funds Management which included the FKP Property Trust and the Unlisted FKP Core Plus Funds, with total assets of approximately $800 Million. Currently, Andrew has been actively acquiring new development and investment opportunities to the value of $200 Million, across the retail and residential sectors. Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce and is currently a Responsible Officer for Mulpha Funds Management Ltd.

Hartmut Fink
Executive General Manager Hotel Assets

Hartmut has worked in hotel real estate asset management for institutional and private money since 2009. Formerly managed a hotel portfolio for Eureka Funds Management valued at over $800 million. Prior to Eureka, Hartmut enjoyed working across a variety of operational as well as corporate roles in London, Paris, Geneva and Australia, working with hotel operators such as Accor Hotels Group, InterContinental Hotels Group, Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels.

Mr David Hunt
Chief Financial Officer

Mr Hunt was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in April 2010, having previously been the Chief Financial Officer of ING Real Estate Investment Management. Mr Hunt has over 20 years’ experience, including earlier roles as Group General Manager of Finance at Stockland, and Group Financial Controller and Finance Manager at Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited. Mr Hunt is also a Director on the Boards of Aveo Healthcare Limited and Retirement Villages Group.

Mr John Hughes
General Manager International Sales & Marketing

John has 30 years of experience within the property development and real estate sectors. His current role oversees the international sales and marketing for properties across Mulpha’s impressive stable of real estate, including Sanctuary Cove, Hayman Island, Leisure Farm and Norwest Business Park.

John has been instrumental in shaping Sanctuary Cove into an icon of Australian real estate, as domestic and international purchasers rush to secure property in the sought-after community.

John spent his formative years in Melbourne, in a corporate management career with corporations including IBM, ANZ, Coles Myer and Mobil Oil before transitioning into the property and real estate industry in Darwin, from 1990 to 2000.

He moved to the Gold Coast in 2000, working with several major developers, including Raptis, Juniper, FKP, Colliers and AustCorp, as well as Aussie Home Loans, before joining Mulpha in 2009, excelling in sales and marketing roles before taking on his current position in 2014.

Mr Keith Allardice
Executive General Manager International Operations

Keith is responsible for operations of Mulpha’s international developments in Australia and Malaysia, including the master planned residential and commercial communities at Sanctuary Cove Resort and Leisure Farm Resort.

With 30 years of international management experience in operations, administration and marketing, Keith has lived and worked in the United States, China, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Japan and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Mulpha in 2012, Keith was with Conrad Hotels & Resorts from 1993 and was General Manager of the group’s five-star properties in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Keith also held senior marketing positions with Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt International.

Mr Adam Morris
General Manager Bimbadgen

Adam joined Bimbadgen in January 2013 before being appointed as General Manager in October, 2015. Adam has 20 years professional experience, starting out in financial markets with Macquarie Bank and later UBS in Sydney. For the last 15 years Adam gained broad experience across all aspects of the wine industry, with successive local and international roles in retail, wine production, agribusiness banking, advisory services, sales and marketing. At Bimbadgen, Adam has successfully overseen all aspects of the business, from grape and wine production, local and export market development, hospitality, outdoor music events, finance and marketing.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydney University, a Graduate Diploma in Viticulture from University of Western Australia and an MBA (Hons) from Kedge Business School in Bordeaux.
