New residential community planned for Fairway Drive in Norwest
Earth works have commenced on a new masterplanned residential community on Fairway Drive adjoining Bella Vista Waters in Norwest, with sales off the plan now.
Essentia will set a new benchmark in innovative living stretching beyond the award winning Central Park and Peninsula developments.
Designed specifically with lifestyle in mind, the six hectare estate will comprise a mix of 33 large 700 sqm+ homesites and 74 architect-designed townhomes set around a beautifully landscaped central park complete with swimming pool, gym, yoga area and clubhouse. A landscaped riparian corridor with natural waterway will wind through the estate, offering residents the perfect combination of luxury innovative living within a tranquil community.
Essentia is being developed by Mulpha, the creator of award-winning Bella Vista Waters, Central Park and Sanctuary Cove, Queensland.
Mulpha Norwest Executive General Manager, Tim Spencer said Mulpha invests significantly in the design of its communities.
“Mulpha has a track record of success in building attractive and sustainable communities through simple and smart home design, landscaping and maintenance of manicured streetscapes, and public spaces for people to enjoy,” he said.
“This ensures longevity in the quality of our communities and growth in the value of your home investment.
“We believe Essentia will appeal to a broad market due to the natural setting of the estate combined with the choice of large homesites and high quality townhomes.
Essentia will be part of the naturally connected community at Norwest, where residents can stroll or bike ride, via a network of walkways, to a variety of lakeside restaurants and cafes, shopping, banking, childcare, medical and recreational facilities.
Norwest is evolving into one of Sydney’s most vibrant communities, with its plans for extensive community facilities, rapid transit, public open space, activated public parks and plazas and a vibrant social, food and entertainment scene.
The new Norwest and Bella Vista metro stations are located within walking distance and due to open in 2019, connecting Norwest with the city and all areas of Sydney.
Mulpha, developer of Norwest, is committed to delivering a highly desirable and liveable Smart City at Norwest, with the aim of driving a cultural change in how people live, work and play. It will create a strong sense of community and allow residents to be more connected to their environment both physically and emotionally.
Mulpha’s approach to delivering smart sustainable communities will not only benefit Essentia residents via its proximity to the new Norwest, but also through a range of smart living ideas built into the new townhomes soon to be released.
The first stage release of large 700sqm+ homesites are on sale this week, and registrations of interest are being taken for the townhomes. To find out more, contact Alan Sullivan on 1300 090 388.
